Nottingham-based law firm Actons has announced the appointment of Ed Postlethwaite as a director in its commercial property team. With nearly two decades of experience, Postlethwaite joins from HCB Solicitors, where he led the Midlands commercial property division.

Postlethwaite qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has previously held senior roles at firms including HCB Solicitors and Shakespeare Martineau.
