IT & Cyber provider Colbek Systems, based in Warwickshire, has been acquired by Flotek Group, marking Flotek’s 12th acquisition in under two years and expanding their footprint in the Midlands.
Founded in 1987 and owned by Richard Przybek, Colbek Systems offers services including server and PC installation, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. Their expertise in both Microsoft and Google G Suite platforms, particularly in Google Cloud, adds significant value to Flotek’s portfolio.
Flotek Group has confirmed that the entire Colbek Systems team will be retained, ensuring seamless continuity for existing clients.
